Balibo widow Want Her husband's body Returned to Australia : Shirley Shackleton, the widow of one of the main journalists killed in Balibo, East Timor, in October 1975, admitted to bringing her husband's body back to Australia. In his letter to the Prime Minister of Australia-it-Kevin Rudd, he was given permission to return the bodies. "I also want to do DNA tests to confirm the identity of the body," he said.
