Moammar Khadafi Honorary Mention UN Council 'House of Terror'

NEW YORK: Libyan leader Moammar Khadafi called the Security Council of the United Nations as the "Council of terror" because only five states controlled by the owner of nuclear weapons.Khadafi convey his frustration that the 1.5-hour speech at the UN General Assembly, New York, Thursday (24-9). "We can not have under the Security Council countries which have nuclear power. This is terrorism itself," he said.
Khadafi also condemned the veto, which only has five permanent members of UN Security Council. "The right of veto was against the Charter (UN). We do not accept it and do not admit it," said Khadafi wake of the previously sleepy delegates.
Khadafi protesting the fact that the UN is not the power to prevent war in the world 65 since the UN was founded in 1945. He also called UN Security Council permanent members, namely the United States, United Kingdom, China, France, and Russia has treated tiny country as "second-class country trivial".
While waving a copy of the UN Charter, he chided what he calls institutional inequality and urged the former colonial countries to pay 7.77 trillion U.S. dollars to repair damage to African countries.
