Add Formulation Team Three Criteria KPK

Drafting team added three criteria for the three candidates as officers led task Corruption Eradication Commission (KPK).

The next requirement, minimum age 40 years and a maximum of 65 years during the election, never behave abominably; competent, honest, have high moral integrity and good reputation.
